Development of an Algorithm for Resource Administration of the System Architecture of a Multimodal Transport and Logistics Center
N.A. MAMEDOVA, M.A. AFANASEV, S.V. HARITONOV, A.I. URINTSOV, K.S. KUCHEROVA

The study analyzes the key factors determining the system architecture of a multimodal transport and logistics center (MTLC), including
the integration of cloud and peripheral layers, load variability and the need for compatible hardware and software solutions. The fundamental
limitation of traditional approaches is revealed – the rigid binding of functions to physical devices ("function-device/service"), leading to
fragmented optimization. An algorithm for managing the resources of the MTLC system architecture based on the Hook-Jeeves optimization
method of zero order has been developed. A three-level resource model (physical, virtual, and functional) is proposed and a mechanism for
parametric management through the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) is implemented. The choice of the Hook-Jeeves method is justifi ed due
to its compatibility with the "black box" of the equipment, the absence of requirements for derivatives and convergence in multidimensional
spaces. A closed adaptive loop has been formed from the modules "Monitoring", "Analysis and Optimization", and "Execution", providing
dynamic resource allocation. It is determined that the algorithm guarantees the redistribution of resources and eliminates bottlenecks at a
given level of architectural division. The fundamental transformation of the resource allocation architecture is proved: the replacement of
static linking by adaptive parametric mapping of functions and capacities.
Keywords: System architecture modeling, multimodal transport hub, multimodal transport and logistics center, telematics system,
