TYUTYUNNIK In accordance with the significant increase in requests from arbitration managers received by Rospatent, the volume of requests for 2024 and 2025 was predicted using the Holt-Winters method. The forecast was confirmed with an error of no more than 4 percent. The existing common technologies of the information system functioning when processing requests from arbitration managers in the case of paper requests, in the case of e-mail requests and in the case of using a feedback platform are considered. The analysis of the functioning features of these technologies allowed us to develop a technical specification and improve the information system for independent search by arbitration managers. The functional features of the implemented information system are considered.
