GURENKO The article is devoted to the development of an algorithm for simulating discrete random signals in the system of Haar functions. The article continues a series of studies devoted to the synthesis of spectral algorithms for simulating one-dimensional and multidimensional signals. Mathematical relations are given for calculating the Fourier kernel of the transformation operator from the trigonometric spectrum into the Haar spectrum. The requirements for obtaining a random spectrum in the Haar system are indicated, and a mathematical expression is obtained for the spectral algorithm for simulating random signals in the Haar basis. An experimental study of the resulting simulation algorithm was carried out on three analytically specifi ed discrete energy characteristics. The simulation accuracy was assessed by calculating the error of discrete autocorrelation functions. The infl uence of the energy characteristic sampling parameter on the simulation accuracy was experimentally assessed. Conclusions are drawn about the compliance of the classical Haar basis with the requirements for the synthesis of simulation algorithms in the spectral domain and about the acceptable accuracy of the resulting algorithm depending on the number of signal samples and the sampling parameter. The results are applicable in developing software for simulation components of information and control systems.
