Information Coherent-Cognitive Educational
Modules Based on Multi-Level Ontologies |

An innovative methodology for the formation of information modules for supporting educational technologies using for this system-structural
construction of ontologies is presented, in the author's vision of which a productive emergent combination of a multi-level multi-tiered
synthesis of ontology architectonics and a coherent-cognitive infological and morphological essence of the information modules themselves,
designed for fl exible variant applications in various trajectories of educational activity – here, on the examples of information fi elds serving
the system of open additional multi-vector education of graduate students and university students in its social and professional lifting of
mentoring and tutoring in the fi eld of information technology (IT), in transitions from the lowest professional level of junior IT through intern
mechanisms to the middle IT level, then to the senior IT level, etc.
As an object entity, the study chose systems of open additional developmental education for student and postgraduate volunteer environment,
which increases its social and professional rating in advancing along the lines of tutoring, mentoring, etc. in the fi eld of IT, which is mainly
due to the fl exibility, variability and personalization of learning paths inherent in open additional education.
The hypothetical innovative essence of the project is reduced to the development of three general components: the ontology of design,
expanded by the authors to the conceptual level of the ontology of modeling, design, predictive management; the unity and use of semiotics
as a reference point in its coherent-cognitive vision and, fi nally, the multi-level construction of the architectonics of the reference ontologies
themselves, ascending to the level of ontological agreements of the corresponding educational projects in their three-tier project agreement
(ontological, language/platform and managerial).
