BESSARABOV A computer quality management system has been developed for analytical monitoring of granulation processes of multicomponent materials. The development was carried out on the basis of a computer support system - CALS-technology. The architecture of the software package contains an information model at 6 levels of the hierarchy: types of media, product classes, granulated materials, production methods, equipment (granulators) and quality indicators. A computer analysis of the most important specialized quality indicators in granulation processes was carried out: plastic strength, external friction coefficient, lateral pressure coefficient and adhesion coefficient. According to all quality indicators, the corresponding methods of analysis and devices are entered in the information base. The developed system makes it possible to increase the efficiency and quality of analytical studies.
