The methodological apparatus of functional modeling of the processes of interception of electromagnetic radiation arising due to changes in the parameters of radio-electronic devices of the reconnaissance object under the infl uence of an informative signal and external high-frequency electromagnetic irradiation is described. The possibilities of these models as a means of formalization of the studied processes are demonstrated. Mathematical models of the time characteristics of the processes of interception of informative signals through parametric channels obtained on the basis of functional models of these processes are presented.
