The methods of automatic moisture measurement of food capillary-porous materials |

The methods of automatic moisture measurement of capillary-porous materials are considered. The theoretical substantiation is given and practical realization of two author`s ways of humidity control in processes of flow-line production of food items is offered.The first method is based on the use of a parametric model for controlling the dehydration process, predicting the final moisture content and the required drying time. The prospects of the second method for controlling the moisture content of food items from a capillary-porous material using a weight minirobot are shown.
