The torsion bar suspension stiffness of micromechanical wave solid-state gyro |

Conducted analytical studies of torsion rigidity in wave solid-state gyro. The problem is reduced to the disclosure of redundancy degree
is determined by the number of torsion. Additional equations expressing the conditions of compatibility of strains obtained by the kinematic
method. A torsion bar defined by a force depending on the applied load (moment or concentrated force in the plane of the resonator). The
influence of the geometry of the structure and mounts its manufacturing error on the angular and linear displacement of the resonator are
investigated. It is shown that the eccentricity of the load may cause deflection characteristics depending on the angle of attachment of torsions.
Exact expressions for the extreme on deflections and angles of rotation of the system parameters and some of their thresholds are
obtained. Used algorithm can be generalized to the problem of spatial and non-linear elastic properties of the torsion bars.
