The study of nonlinear effects in the electrostatic system excitation of the resonator micromechanical gyroscope |

We study oscillations of micromechanical gyroscope with the resonator in the form of a thin elastic rod, one end of which is rigidly
mounted on a movable base, and the second - is free. Defined gyroscope error arising due to the nonlinearity of electrical processes in the
control loop when applying the reference voltage to the electrodes. By drawing up expression of potential energy of the condensers formed
by electrodes together with the resonator, nonlinearity of fluctuations of the electric charges, caused by resonator deformation was considered.
With using a Lagrange formalism dynamics equations obtained rod vibration gyroscope in the presence of basic tension on operating
electrodes. Wave pattern of the resonator was investigated using asymptotic averaging method Krylov – Bogolyubov. It is shown that the
reference voltage not only causes a decrease of the oscillation frequency of the resonator, but also the drift of the gyro. Example showing
the need to account drift of gyroscope caused by electrical processes is given.
