Modeling the dynamics of
the automatic balancing extreme
centrifugal grinding-mixing unit |

This article describes a parametric computer model of automatic balancing of the centrifugal grinding-mixing unit with dynamic
changing loading of grinding chambers developed in multibody dynamic simulation software ADAMS. Optimization criterion is
chosen and static characteristics of the control object at different loading of grinding chambers is built on the basis of the calculation
by the computer model. Functional diagram of the extremum seeking control system of automatic balancing centrifugal
grinding-mixing unit is shown. In MATLAB\Simulink software a block diagram of extremum control systems dynamics simulation
is developed. A verbal description of the algorithm of the extreme regulator working on a method of remembering the extremum and
programming it with the function blocks of Simulink is given. On the basis of co-simulation in MATLAB \ Simulink and ADAMS
time responses of the actuator system and automatic balancing system are obtained. Estimation the effectiveness of the extremum
seeking control system of automatic balancing working by the method of extremum memorizing, compared with statically placed
counterweights that are initially set optimally is carried out. The developed computer model can be used for research and development
of more complex algorithms of extremum control systems using features of the centrifugal grinding-mixing unit.
