GOLTSOV Describes the developed of a system of automatic vibration suppression, works with open principle and is a system of indirect regulation. The system contains three control channel: loading material, the frequency of rotation of the main drive and the position of the counterweight. To obtain a mathematical model of the grinding-mixing aggregate in the steady state methods were used of experiment planning. The resulting regression dependence was used to obtain the static characteristics of the surface, which was loaded into the database. With this surface is determined by the subprogram operation mode grinder, as well as the position of the counterweight in order to achieve the lowest possible value of the vibration corresponding to this mode of operation.
