Describes the developed of a system of automatic vibration suppression, works with open principle and is a system of indirect
regulation. The system contains three control channel: loading material, the frequency of rotation of the main drive and the position
of the counterweight. Control channel loading material includes a control loop speed DC motor. Given significant control and
controlled variables of the control object.
To obtain a mathematical model of the grinding-mixing aggregate in the steady state methods were used of experiment planning.
The resulting regression dependence was used to obtain the static characteristics of the surface, which was loaded into the database.
With this surface is determined by the subprogram operation mode grinder, as well as the position of the counterweight in
order to achieve the lowest possible value of the vibration corresponding to this mode of operation.
Control algorithm, the control channel position counterweight implements work three-position adaptive controller with adaptation
extreme positions toward the middle, thereby increasing the positioning accuracy of the counterweight and the reduced
number of switching actuators.
Due to the structure of the proposed control system developed control algorithm subprogram, and the database is provided by
reducing the energy intensity and increase resource of work components and parts of the machine.
