LUCHKI The article presents the authors developed an interactive cognitive map «Quality health services» and method of construction. The table of basic concepts researched subject areas that are on the control and target factors. Shows a simplified cognitive model in a matrix of factors influence, built in accordance with the directed graph having a plurality of nodes and connections between them. Vertex presented concepts domain and the arcs are equipped with expert estimates, reflecting strength factors influence each other. Conducted a simulation experiment. The results show the degree of change in the target factor «quality of health services» when the various control factors. Model experiment also allowed to establish the relationship between the two managers of socially significant factors: «the degree of awareness of patients» and «the degree of competence of the health insurance company».
