Regulatory and procedural ware high resolution colorimetry |

Considering the increasing demands in high resolution colorimetry in measurements of extended objects that change these properties in time, the questions of metrological traceability and reliability are especially actual. The definitive uncertainty factors of colour in the software and hardware environments are considered at the article. Review of regulatory and procedural ware in relation to measuring circuit elements (primary and secondary sources, photodetectors, colour models, monitoring conditions of graphic data) is made. The standardization colorimetry main directions of development are obtained. The method of dynamic range expansion of two-dimensional colorimetric measurements by authors is proposed. The method improves the reliability of the results.
