The problem of construction of active semantic network intended for the problem solving of orders control, intended for material stocks replenishment of the industrial enterprise is investigated. The problem in this form is actual, if the description of situation cannot be presented in the form of constant dimension vector. Existing methods of semantic network formation with regard to the modeling of stocks system and material streams are considered in view of the fact, that the automated formation of semantic model on the basis of the information containing in the information system of the enterprise is preferable.
