The article deals with the method of allocation of program libraries in the initial code of programs. It is shown, that the application of offered method will allow to create in structural model of programs the integration centers of program elements according to the attributes which describe their accessory to the general program and functional modules and to pass to the new level of abstraction which includes new elements and new links.
