ILYIN In the article is considered the method and algorithm of probabilistic assessment of technical state of defense technologies after bullet-shrapnel influences from enemy ammunition. On basis of Bayes method of statistical estimation the algorithm allows to identify with high probability the belonging of damaged technologies to one of existing categories. This algorithm can be used also in tooling system of on-line diagnostics.
