KUZNETSOV The key problem of product quality control in complex systems is the identification of the technological causes of reducing products quality and waste occurrence. The complex system is a system where technology and the quality are vector characteristics. The article presents original instruments to identify and organize cause-effect relations in complex multiple connected systems. Developed instruments are formal procedures suitable for use in automated product quality control systems and are invariant to the technologies content.
