FINOGENOV Represented the theoretical bases of the statistical-probability estimation of the results of the study DNA during the establishment of biological relationship for constructing of new methods and instrument means of an increase in the demonstra¬tive significance of the results of examinations. Is examined the principle of the determination of the values of the probabilities of events, studied in the examination on the study DNA. The basic algorithms of the evaluation of results with different expert cases are described.
