Estimation of the accuracy of positioning objects by using the infrastructure of mobile communications |

The estimation of extreme accuracy and the possible construction of an autonomous system of positioning objects by using the infrastructure for mobile communications described
(repeater towers, cell phones, additional measuring systems)without the constant involvement of satellite navigation systems,
needed only at the stage of initial calibration of the position of relay towers. It is shown that using such a system, objects can be determined with an accuracy of 10...20 mm, if we use additional control deviations vertices repeater towers and measuring meteorological parameters as at the location of towers, and at the location of the object. Such a system could be used in case
of unavailability of satellite positioning systems, moreover,in some cases it may be cheaper and more effective option for solving some particular geophysical, geodesy, construction, and
navigation tasks.
