The strategy of building high-tech computer systems microscopy: experience in developing and implementing the nuclear industry and medicine |
V.G. NIKITAEV A.N. PRONICHEV E.YU. BERDNIKOVICH K.S. CHISTOV
The major problems of system design of hightechnology
complexes based on computerized microscopy,
image recognition and processing, expert systems and
decision support systems for industrial control and medical
diagnostics. Suggested approaches to resolving the issues
raised. Examples of practical development of high-tech
medical complexes diagnostic morphological (histological,
cytological, hematological), technical systems for industrial
quality control of the serial production of fuel pellets of
uranium dioxide and welds of the leaf parts of the fuel rods.
Given a general description of a single network diagnostic
Advisory ROSATOM-FMBA-MEPHI for cancer diagnosis
and learning, created on the basis of these complexes which
priority confirmed 11 patents of the Russian Federation.
Presents the results of the implementation and operation of the
complexes in clinical diagnosis and industry for 30 years. The
work was carried out by automated systems to process images
of electronic measurement systems of MEPHI, and since 2000,
Chair of computer medical systems.
Key words: automated image processing systems, quality
control, medical diagnosis, computational microscopy,
image recognition, expert systems, decision support systems,
