GULIAEV The problem of forecasting in raster images scanning devices is observed. Algorithms with the high adaptive properties and controllable order of prediction model are described. The algorithms provide a full decorrelation of picture elements taking into account its dynamics of brightness and noise functions. The developed algorithms were used for improvement of metrological characteristics of a scanning tunneling microscope.
