The main requirements for quality management systems are formulated. The possibility of these requirements implementation by using of dynamic web-server on the basis of modern information technologies is discussed. The structure of web-server as a portal, which is integrating the solution tools for quality management and providing information analysis service for the specialists though their remoteness from the control objects.
