The classification of neuronet systems is considered in the article. Their potential for software and hardware emulation is determined. The hardware implementation of the artificial neural networks and its algorithms is suggested. The prototype of electric controller of liquid oil products parameters is presented and substantiated. The examples and implementation methods of neuronet system used for processing the impedance characteristics of liquid oil products are presented.
