This article is dedicated to the task of an adaptive control the objects with time delay under prior uncertainty when there is no measurement of input and output signals derivation carried out. The synthesis of the closed-loop control system is based on application of new modified high order adaptive algorithm and the controlled state filters permitting to compensate the influence of a time delay on stability without using of predicators.
