The concept of measured objects in uncertain condition is formulated. Its concept covers a possibility of inadequate correspondence the measured object’s base model to a real condition of properties at the moment of measurements. The methodology of properties’ measurements for the objects in uncertain condition, which is based on using the one-signal adaptive models interacting with a sensor of measuring devices, is proposed. The criteria of limitations for this methodology are defined. An example of modeling is given.
