This article shows justification and tentation of the ser-viceability diagnostic method for monitoring of the pulse channels of neutron flux. This method is implemented on the base of the gas ionizing start-up detectors. The problem of early diagnostics of deviations from normal operating mode of the neutron flux monitoring channels has been solved experimentally by increasing of sensitivity and precision of monitoring for working reactor.
