The article deals with the system of optimal control designed in “NIIK” Open Society, to represent the automated control system of technological process of new generation providing not only the maintenance of technological parameters of carbamide manufacture in a given limits, but also the optimal combination of values of the interconnected parameters on various operating modes of the unit with the purpose of decreasing of raw materials and power consumption on the ton of integrated products.
