The article presents a determinative model of parameters’ values for linear automatic regulatory control systems. It interprets parameters identification as deviation from nominal values determination. The identification is carried out in frequency domain using responsivity theory. At that the known parameters are block scheme of automatic regulatory control system and nominal values of dynamic units. As an input data for calculation the control points of transition curves are considered.
