The article deals with the problems of application energy saving technologies for automatic control system of vane pumps operating in parallel under varying load. It analyzes aggregates’ operating modes peculiarities and shows an influence of processing limits on energy input taking into account such factors as cavitation, electric motor capacity, propeller’s limit rotation frequency and surging. The author suggests energy saving control technique for a set of vane pumps. The essence of the technique is solution the simultaneous problem of operational optimization and working mode selection for vane pumps having adjustable drive.
