The article discusses a formal basis for the complex organization modeling in conditions of uncertainty and fuzziness. It contemplates two modeling ways: statistical and dynamic analyses. The statistical analysis determines mutual influence of situations attributes and uses links between factors to control situation. The dynamic analysis forms possible changes image for strategical factors on modeling period.
