Article is devoted analysis and an estimation of the basic technical characteristics of information measuring systems which can be used for construction of empirical dependences of efficiency for each separate parameter (criterion). The generalised quantitative estimation of efficiency for systems is calculated on the basis of the weighed summation of efficiency at use of the private chosen criteria.
