Measuring of plastic characteristics of crystalline materials by the mathematical model of movement of dislocation |

This work presents 3 mathematical dislocation movement models in the samples of crystal structure. The first one is Frank-Reed dislocation source model, the second one is the movement model of a single dislocation line going through the system of defects on the modelling ground, the third one is the model of simultanious rise and movement of several dislocation lines through the system of defects. The work gives a brief description of each model and its application for the measurement of some elastic and plastic characteristics of the materials. All models are realised programmatically.
