This article shows the innovation design results of neutron flux monitoring channel (NFMC) in operational range of automatic control and protection system (ACPS) for marine nuclear electric and thermal power plant (MNETPP) of a small capacity (SC). Neutron flux monitoring within the operational range of more than 12 decades has been implemented by a single non-movable detector.
