The article considers key aspects of system-subject paradigm development for computer-aided experimental base. The paradigm is developed to integrate the scientific base of instrument engineering with the newest information technologies and systems within the supercomputer center as a basis tool in computer-aided experimental base environment where experimental investigations are implemented as a web-style interface in unified information field. The article also formulates the development preconditions and constructs conceptual basic model; it designates key technologies for the development paradigm.
