The article considers the optimal control algorithm synthesis for unsteady system. It suggests the efficient scheme taking into account predetermined (e.g. by the testing results) functional dependencies between object’s characteristics and time and/or environmental parameters. The developed approach essence is modification of discrete control algorithms that have been pre-synthesized for steady object via introducing variable values into transition and control matrixes.
