The article describes the automated method of experimental data processing. This method uses discrete Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) and polynomial smoothing. Technique developed earlier provides perturbed message restoration with split-hair accuracy. Algorithm has already been successfully tested with the real experimental signal. Method can be applied to analyze different material’s characteristics in industrial process of MDS structures. Key words: useful signal restoration, high amplitude noises, MDS-structure parameters.
