On the basis of a method of parametrical identification it is developed the technique of complex diagnostics of malfunctions tubular the heat exchange apparatus, including definition 1) thickness of adjournment on a surface tubs, 2) sizes of their leaking, 3) their sizes of the obstructions. The given technique is used also for definition of charges of not measured streams of the heat exchange apparatus. It is shown, that with a view of increase in accuracy of the forecast the problem of parametrical identification can be formulated as a problem with many criterion optimization.
