The problems of operative estimation of a degree of “increase” or “decrease” of latches of the ladle with steel and also the problems of improvement of accuracy of an estimation in the ladle with steel and industrial ladle of the machine of continuous moulding of preparations are considered. It is offered to use the nonlinear observer of a condition for the solution of these problems.
