The article deals with the problems of metrological assurance and investigative testing for noncontact measurements of micro nonuniform distribution parameters at the surface electric potential of conductive objects. It points out on necessity to take into account spatial discontinuity of surface microzones under reference electrode of instrument transducer. The design and connection circuit for testing electrode are suggested. The error sources and their influence on measurement results are considered.
