The article suggests a technique to estimate operation efficiency of the air traffic control system. The technique grounds on queuing theory and provides estimation by a number of criteria. The state graph construction results for air traffic control center are cited. The structure scheme for the air traffic control system is considered as dynamic system with feedback.
