The article suggests an approach to structure parametric synthesis of automatic control system using subject domain for environmentally safe rubber recycling process. It considers an application of fuzzy parametric synthesis algorithms in controlled Marcovian chains and Pareto optimal mechanism for technology selection in synthesis task of rubber recycling process.
