The article suggests the principles to construct adaptive control system for spongy titanium reduction and vacuum separation processes. The system contains subsystem of transient parameters identification and subsystem of self-optimal control. The self-optimal control system forms control action over the information originating in identification subsystem. The article also concerns on peculiarities in construction of subsystems.
