Instruments and Systems: Monitoring, Control, and Diagnostics Annotation << Back Diagnostics of water solutions on the spectroellipsometer base I.I. POTAPOV, V.YU. SOLDATOV The article proposes the algorithm and software for the spectroellipsometric system to be used for the formation of adaptive procedure of water solutions diagnostics basing on the base of spectral etalons. System includes multi-channel spectroellipsometer, information interface and computer. Identification problem of the water solutions is solved by means of preliminary system education and further search of analogue item in the base of spectral etalons.
