Processing of Heterogeneous Spatiotemporal
data on Changes in Water Quality and Pipe
Wear in Central Water Supply Systems |

The purpose of this work is to consider and apply tools for processing heterogeneous data obtained at key measuring points of a
centralized water supply network using cloud technologies. The results obtained will make it possible to improve the efficiency of sanitary
and technical monitoring, forecasting of water use, and the occurrence of technical accidents in the centralized water supply system. The
analysis of the condition of pipes in hot and cold water supply systems is carried out in an automated mode. For automated data collection,
equipment from the OWEN company is used. The data is transmitted over 4G mobile communication channels. Data on the condition of
pipes and water quality is accessed through a cloud service. The risk factors and potential consequences of pipeline failures are determined
based on historical data and data obtained from sensors installed at central heating points in the water supply network. Machine learning
models have been applied to predict leak detection in centralized water supply systems.
