BELETSKIY, A.B. SHUKENBAEV, V.M. VYSOTSKY, M.V. BESPALKO The paper considers the issue of modeling the information flow with preliminary smoothing and segmentation of data. The model allows you to adapt to changes in parameters by taking into ac-count the sampling trend. Nonlinear sections are processed by a polynomial with the highest de-gree equal to 15, sections close to linear are processed by a polynomial with the highest degree equal to 6.
