Development of a Virtual Training System
for Working With a Gas Chromatograph
in the Unreal Engine Software Application |

3D models of the Chromatec-Crystal 5000.2 gas chromatograph and the auxiliary equipment required for its operation were developed. The
models were deployed in the Unreal Engine environment in a virtual simulator of a chromatographic analysis laboratory. A training scenario for user
interaction with the objects was implemented, consisting of three stages: preparing the equipment for analysis; introducing a sample of the liquid to be
analyzed into the chromatograph detector; and computer analysis of the results using the Chromatec Analyst 3.0 software.
