Evaluation of Stability of Nonlinear Objects
in Predictive Models of Production Systems |

The article presents approaches to assessing the stability of nonlinear objects in predictive models of microelectronics production systems taking
into account a random structure. The article considers the equivalent stability in the mean square of continuous systems, bilinear systems, and discrete
systems with a random structure used in the production of microelectronics products. Examples of predictive models of production systems and
an assessment of the stability of nonlinear objects based on the proposed approaches are given. The criteria for the stability of nonlinear objects
in predictive models are formulated. The issues of adapting the assessment of the stability of nonlinear objects to the features of a specific class of
production systems are considered.
