JUDITSKY The approach to modeling of recurrence of development of the organizational systems, based on methodology of dynamics of the count is stated. Operations of expansion and curling of a configuration of system are entered, the way of a linguistic-scoring estimation of a configuration is offered, the hypothesis about maximization of duration of cycles of change of configurations as conditions of increase of stability of developments is stated. The approach can be applied at forecasting of development of systems and working out of corresponding strategy, at the preliminary modeling previous start of large-scale projects etc. Key words: organization, a cycle, count, configuration, expansion, curling, viability factor.
