GROMOV, A.N. POTAPOV, V.R. KHASANOV, A.V. BUNIN The article considers the issues of developing management models for planning practical mastering of electronic warfare tools (EW) by specialists. It is shown that in order to implement management of planning practical mastering of EW by EW specialists and to form the substantive component of training exercises, it is necessary to develop models for forming the substantive component of curricula and forming the substantive component of training exercises for practical mastering by EW specialists. The model for forming the substantive component of training exercises for practical mastering of EW by specialists differs in that when using radio monitoring of EW functioning and using the methodology for forming the substantive component of training exercises, it allows selecting prescribed conflict-resistant operations in accordance with the radio frequency (RF) RF conditions of EW functioning. The model for forming the substantive component of curricula for practical mastering of EW by specialists differs in that, based on an assessment of the adequacy of simulators, it ensures the selection and management of rational planning for the use of automated training tools for operators, taking into account their level of preparedness.
