Digitalization of Management of Technical
Operation of Irrigation Systems |

Research has been carried out and an effective toolkit has been developed for planning technical operation measures on inter-farm
irrigation systems with a lack of funding using evolutionary genetic programming algorithms. Methodological support for research is
based on principles, approaches and procedures of system analysis, binary discrete optimization models, and artificial intelligence. The
current approaches to the selection of control actions using quantitative estimates are analyzed, and the expediency of using economic and
mathematical modeling and forecasting the expected consequences of planned repair and restoration work is revealed. An optimization
multicriteria planning model for the technical operation of inter-farm irrigation systems has been developed, taking into account the lack of
fi nancing. The following indicators are proposed as indicators of the optimality of the repair and restoration plan: irrigation area, reduction of
water losses and income of the water management organization, expected as a result of the implementation of technical operation measures.
The implementation of the model using evolutionary genetic calculations based on materials from the irrigation system maintenance service in Crimea has shown the possibility and expediency of widespread use of innovative artificial intelligence methods to allocate limited
resources for the repair and restoration of reclamation water management complexes.
